Make a Difference

Retirement community residents play with their grandchildren in the park Being part of a community means caring for one another. At Integrace, we call this culture of caring and sharing “philanthropy” and there are endless opportunities for your participation.

Your gifts support the mission and vision we share to redefine healthy aging. Whether contributing to a previously established fund, or creating something new to underwrite an innovative program, or designating a gift as part of your estate plan, you can experience the reward of making a difference and extending the boundaries of community.

How Your Support Makes a Difference at Integrace

Giving that Inspires
A skilled nursing scholarship winner on her graduation day It is said that a good education is the greatest gift you can give yourself or anyone else. Thanks to the charitable contributions of residents, family members and friends, Integrace is able to offer several scholarship opportunities for colleagues to continue their educations. Make a difference in the life of a student and the gift is often returned. In the words of a past nursing scholarship recipient, Elise Gamertsfelder, “I would like the residents to know that it is because of them that I got into nursing, and it is the care of older adults that drives me to further my education.”

Residents and friends share of themselves to enrich the community in various ways. A recent example is the renovations and new furniture for the Sun Room at Bayleigh Chase funded from resident contributions and proceeds from the Resident Association Treasure Sale. This enrichment project not only brought warmth and elegance to the community space, but it brought residents closer together. By contributing to something bigger than ourselves, we create meaningful living and a culture of caring and sharing.

Love in Action
Bayleigh Chase’s senior living residents enjoy a teledistance art appreciation class Grateful for the loving care her brother received at Copper Ridge, a family member chose to make a gift to the community in his honor. Through this generous donation, equipment was purchased that opened up a whole range of interactive learning opportunities for residents. The technology allows for live interaction, where participants are able to ask questions and receive answers from the presenter and vice-versa. The benefit of the gift is ongoing as it regularly provides distance learning experiences to the residents and provides creative and meaningful interaction.

One of the wonderful benefits of being part of an Integrace community is the care that is shown to friends and neighbors through tough times. Gifts given to the Resident Assistance Fund are invested and drawn upon as needed to support residents who, through no fault of their own, have outlived their financial resources. Your gifts are used to support needs within your own community. At the same time, the program maintains the confidentiality of recipients – just know that you’re part of a community that cares.

Giving Options

Bayleigh Chase is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. This means that you have the option to designate your gift to be used in a way most meaningful to you, and qualify for a charitable tax deduction.
