05 Feb Adaptive Yoga Classes Featured in The Star Democrat
“EASTON — Integrace Bayleigh Chase and the Samuel and Alexia Bratton Neurocognitive Clinic will offer free adaptive yoga classes for individuals living with dementia and their care partners this February at Brookletts Place — Talbot County Senior Center in Easton.
“Classes will be held from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. each Wednesday in February; Feb. 7, 14, 21 and 28. Instructor Cyndi Prudhomme will teach participants simple breathing and meditation techniques to effectively calm the nervous system and create a greater sense of well-being. No prior yoga experience is necessary to participate.

Bayleigh Chase offers independent living options in its villas, cottages and apartment homes, as well as a continuum of supportive living services, including assisted living, neurocognitive support, outpatient and short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing and diagnostic and treatment support through the Samuel and Alexia Bratton Neurocognitive Clinic.”
